TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Vspace warrants the products designated herein to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth and subject to the following conditions and limitations:
FRAMES, HINGES, AND DRAWER GLIDES: A fifteen (15)-year warranty, against material defects or non-performance is provided for the frame, hinges, and drawer glides. This will be in effect as long as the product remains in its original state and has been properly installed in full compliance with manufacturers recommended installation procedures. The Counter Balancing Spring System carries a five (5)-year limited warranty, which applies to weak or noisy spring construction. It is normal for springs to soften with age and is not considered to be a manufacturing defect.
CABINETRY: Thermofused panels, doors, and drawer fronts and thermofoiled doors and drawer fronts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of receipt. The warranty extends to include delimitation from the substrate as well as the possibility of the yellowing of the product within one-percent (1%) of the original color per year. Vspace will not be liable for damage or wear to products caused by abnormal operating conditions, accident, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, if the product was not installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, or damage caused by water, freezing, flood, fire, or acts of God.
CUSTOM-CRAFTED WOOD DOORS AND DRAWER FRONTS: Wood doors and drawer fronts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt. Color, grain pattern, and texture due to natural variations are considered to be part of the beauty of a natural product. In addition to these natural variations, exposure to light and aging can also have an affect and are all beyond the control of Vspace.
FOUNDATION AND MATTRESS: Vspace recommends that the use of our specially designed commercial foundation and mattress, which have been specifically designed and built to be stored in a vertical position, for long periods of time. The foundation and mattress are warranted for three (3) years from the date of receipt and will be repaired or replaced should the mattress fail due to faulty workmanship or structural defects. Thereafter, the repair or replacement will be at a charge of 1/15th of the purchase price times the number of years used. This warranty does not apply if the bedding has been misused, regardless of any other deft. The warranty on the mattress shall be null and void if it has been burned, soiled, made wet, or improperly handled and abused.
LIMITED TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER: The above warranties are for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferable to a subsequent purchaser of the product. Vspace's liability under these warranties shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the product without charge, at our sole option, F.O.B from our factory. Vspace will not be liable for any cost for the removal, installation, transportation, or any other charges, which may arise in connection with the warranty claim.
This limited warranty is in lieu of all warranties, express or implied, and in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Vspace. Under no circumstances shall Vspace be liable by virtue of this limited warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, incidental, secondary or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with the products.
